Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I know which products are right for me?

Can I use multiple serums at once?
Yes, but we recommend layering from lightest to heaviest texture and introducing one new product at a time to monitor how your skin responds.
