Returns & Exchanges

At Amethyst Skin Co., each formula is thoughtfully crafted in small batches to preserve freshness, quality, and ingredient integrity. Because of this limited production process, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the use of naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are expected and do not affect product quality or performance.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@amethystskinco.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit for items damaged in transit.

To be eligible, items must be unused and reported within the specified timeframe. We are unable to replace products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
